“Today was about re-introducing the people to Rudy Giuliani…introducing them to his new legal team that will not relent. We are not going to relent!” Rudy Giuliani’s new lawyer told The Gateway Pundit after a press conference in Manhattan, New York.
Giuliani’s new attorney, Joseph Cammarata, held a press conference today in front of 787 7th Avenue in New York City. The building is home to the legal office of the firm persecuting Rudy Giuliani.

Mr. Cammarata continued, “We’re standing in front of a building that employs 850 to 1000 attorneys worldwide, 8 to 10 attorneys working on his file, and I am not going to let them trample on the rights of Mayor Giuliani. My client will be well protected if this is the last thing that I do. We will not back down!”
Joseph Cammarata, along with his brother Michael, was a NYC firefighter on the morning of September 11, 2001. Although Joseph survived the day, his brother did not. During the Gateway Pundit’s interview following the press conference, Joseph shared with us what ultimately inspired him to become a lawyer. He detailed his personal connection with Rudy “America’s Mayor” Giuliani that began in the aftermath of 9/11, a day forever etched as one of the deadliest days in the storied history of this great nation.

“So I was a 24-year old police officer on 9/11,” Cammarata explained. “My brother Michael was a 22-year old rookie firefighter, only on the job 9 weeks in Ladder Company 11. When the towers got hit my brother and I responded. Unfortunately – he didn’t make it out. I did.”
Cammarata continued:
“Rudy Giuliani was there for my family. He came to my brother’s memorial and made a commitment to my family, at that memorial, ‘if we ever need anything do not hesitate to reach out’. He shook my hand and reiterated it, ‘and I mean what I said, if there’s anything you ever need, don’t hesitate to reach out!”

Shortly thereafter in 2002, I believe was around the one year anniversary, the Little League World Series enshrined Rudy Giuliani and my brother Michael – my brother Michael, posthumously – into the Little League “Hall of Excellence”. The chief requirements are not only do you have to play Little League baseball, but you have to exhibit Courage, Character, and Loyalty – and demonstrate it at such a high level that other little leaguers and Americans would aspire to be like you…and that’s the type of person Rudy is!
So throughout the years he inspired me to become an attorney, and when I was applying to law school I said I’m going to take him to task on what he said, I’m going to see if he would give me a letter of recommendation to law school because he inspired me. He had me up to his office and he did just that! He gave me the letter.

A few short weeks after, my mom passed away. I received a letter in the mail from Mayor Giuliani expressing his condolences on the loss of my mom. It was a typewritten letter where it was addressed to ‘Mr. Cammarata’ and he personalized it by crossing off ‘Mr. Cammarata’ in purple ink – the color of mourning – and wrote ‘Joe’, and expressed his condolences.
I became an attorney. He was there for the darkest time for my family, and for me, and I intend to be here for his darkest time! I call on all Americans – Democrat, Republican, no matter what your background is – to just stand up for someone who has stood up for us so many times.
He has stood up against the evils that have taken place countless times! First as US Attorney…then as the mayor of this city, then as a patriot to this country. We cannot abandon him. What’s taking place today is an INJUSTICE! That $148 million judgment is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and UNJUST, and above all – UN-AMERICAN!”
This captures the essence of “America’s Major” Rudy Giuliani in a powerful way that the mainstream media refuses to portray.

There is another fun fact that the mainstream media never mentions. RUDY GIULIANI NEVER HAD HIS DAY IN COURT, although he was found liable in the DC Kangaroo Court for “Defamation” after a DC Judge awarded a “default judgment” against Giuliani.
Without getting too much in to the details of the case, this reporter can tell you that Giuliani was never found liable in a court of law based on the actual merits/facts of the defamation case brought against him. Rather, he was found liable because of this “default judgment” for not turning over discovery documents.
Hopefully the mainstream media present at Rudy Giuliani’s press conference will report accurately on the case moving forward.
Giuliani said he failed to produce the requested documents because his devices were seized by the FBI in 2021 as a part of a separate Justice Department investigation that was closed because they could not find any wrongdoing by Giuliani.
Ted Goodman, Giuliani’s spokesperson, said that the judge’s ruling “is a prime example of the weaponization of our justice system, where the process is the punishment. This decision should be reversed, as Mayor Giuliani is wrongly accused of not preserving electronic evidence that was seized and held by the FBI.”
INSANE.
Mr. Giuliani was never able to defend himself in court, nor was he able to present the evidence that would exonerate him. People make the assumption that Giuliani lost the defamation case in court trial, but there was never actually a trial. The plaintiffs won by “default judgement” and were awarded 148 million dollars by a kangaroo court DC jury after the Dishonorable Judge Beryl Howell, the judge presiding over Giuliani’s case, allowed this travesty to happen.

To date, Guliani has had to turn over his only personal vehicle, a Mercedes Benz, over to the court along with his gorgeous New York City Batman like penthouse apartment that he worked his whole life for. This reporter spent time with Rudy and his family there, and cannot even wrap my head around the fact that others are now in possession of America’s Mayor’s residence. This is where he shot his podcast, and had his grandchildren visit. The leftist court also gave away his personal jewelry right off his fingers and wrists- including his treasured Yankees World Series Rings and the watches that were meant to be passed down as family heirlooms to his son, Andrew Giuliani.
This reporter wouldn’t be shocked if his Garden of Life vitamins, diet coke and ice cream in his freezer weren’t also confiscated.
Judge Beryl Howell, a smug and corrupt swamp creature, needs to be investigated for the ridiculous nonsense that she allowed to transpire within her courtroom. Rudy Giuliani needs justice, and we at the Gateway Pundit are praying Matt Gaetz becomes Attorney General and cleans up the kangaroo courts of Washington DC.
Hopefully Matt Gaetz will wipe the smug smirk off Judge Beryl Howell’s face.
