President Trump Blasts Radical Clinton Judge’s Order to Reinstate Thousands of Fired Federal Employees

A radical Clinton-appointed judge has attempted to hijack the powers of the presidency by ordering the Trump administration to reinstate thousands of federal employees fired for poor performance.
President Trump wasted no time slamming the decision, calling it “absolutely ridiculous” and warning that it poses a “very dangerous” precedent for the country.
Speaking aboard Air Force One, President Trump was asked whether he planned to comply with the ruling. His response was as direct as ever:
“Well, I have nothing to do with that other than I heard about the decision. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous—absolutely. It’s a judge who’s putting himself in the position of the President of the United States, who was elected by close to 80 million votes. And you have that. You’re having more and more of that. It’s a very dangerous thing for our country, and I would suspect that we’re going to have to get a decision from the Supreme Court.”
Trump pointed out the absurdity of the ruling, highlighting how many of the terminated employees were barely showing up for work—if they even existed at all:
“These are people who, in many cases, don’t show up for work. Nobody even knows if they exist. And a judge wants us to pay them, even if they don’t know they exist. If they exist, I don’t think that’s going to be happening, but we’ll have to see. You have to speak to the lawyers about that.”

The ruling in question was handed down by radical activist US District Judge William Alsup, a Clinton appointee, who declined to stay his previous order.
Alsup ordered the Trump Administration last week to rehire thousands of probationary employees across six federal agencies: the VA, DOD, Energy, Interior, Treasury, and Agriculture.
Alsup accused the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) of “illegally” firing these workers and claimed he was “misled by the U.S. Government.”
On Saturday, he doubled down, refusing to pause his order and whining that OPM’s acting chief wouldn’t bend the knee and testify before his kangaroo court.
Refusing to allow a single Clinton-appointed judge to dictate executive policy, the Trump administration immediately appealed the radical ruling.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt issued a forceful response, denouncing the judge’s clear attempt to seize executive power:
“A single judge is attempting to unconstitutionally seize the power of hiring and firing from the Executive Branch. The President has the authority to exercise the power of the entire executive branch – singular district court judges cannot abuse the power of the entire judiciary to thwart the President’s agenda,” Karoline Leavitt said.
She continued, “If a federal district court judge would like executive powers, they can try and run for President themselves. The Trump Administration will immediately fight back against this absurd and unconstitutional order.”
