BREAKING: Corrupt Clinton Judge Partially Blocks Trump Election Integrity Executive Order, Including Requiring Proof of Citizenship

A federal judge on Thursday partially blocked President Trump’s executive order on election integrity, including the requirement to add proof of citizenship to federal voter registration forms.

President Trump’s March 25 Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections executive order mandates voter ID and documentary proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections, audits and improves the security of voting machines, and orders the DOJ to enforce the law against states that count mail-in ballots received after Election Day. It also prioritizes the enforcement of laws preventing foreign money from influencing elections and federally funded organizations from lobbying or supporting candidates.

Additionally, the order includes a provision that “the Department of Homeland Security, in coordination with the DOGE Administrator, shall review each State’s publicly available voter registration list and available records concerning voter list maintenance activities as required by 52 U.S.C. 20507, alongside Federal immigration databases and State records requested, including through subpoena where necessary and authorized by law, for consistency with Federal requirements.”

Far-left nonprofit groups such as the Campaign Legal Center and the State Democracy Defenders Fund filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration to block the election integrity order. The DNC and other Democrats also filed suit.

Democrats don’t want voter ID or proof-of-citizenship requirements because it makes it harder for them to cheat and steal elections.

On Thursday, Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, a radical Clinton appointee who previously mocked an elderly Catholic woman as she threw the book at her for praying at an abortion clinic, sided with the far-left nonprofit groups.

Judge Kollar-Kotelly partially blocked Trump’s executive order, including proof of citizenship.

The judge did not block Trump’s executive order on mail-in ballots received after Election Day.

AP reported:

A federal judge on Thursday blocked the Trump administration from immediately enacting certain changes to how federal elections are run, including adding a proof-of-citizenship requirement to the federal voter registration form.

President Donald Trump had called for that and other sweeping changes to U.S. elections in an executive order signed in March, arguing the U.S. “fails to enforce basic and necessary election protections” that exist in other countries.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly sided with voting rights groups and Democrats to grant a preliminary injunction to stop the citizenship requirement from moving forward while the lawsuit plays out.
