According to reports, unlike other Biden officials whom the Oversight Committee deposed, Ron Klain is cooperating with Congressional investigators and did not invoke his Fifth Amendment rights.

Ron Klain ignored reporters as he walked into his deposition.

Klain was reportedly talking a lot in the deposition.

“Nobody seems surprised he didn’t go plead-the-Fifth route, given that he’s been prone to speak unprompted,” a former Klain colleague said, according to The New York Post.

GOP Rep. Andy Biggs said to reporters: “In my opinion, he’s not trying to avoid answering the questions.”

“I found Mr. Klain to be very credible, he answered every single question, he was fully cooperative,” Democrat Ro Khanna said to reporters.
