EXCLUSIVE: Federal Prosecutors Drop Bogus Case Against Carolina Amesty and Immediately the MSM Falsely Implicates AG Pam Bondi of Wrongdoing

The DOJ finally drops the bogus charges against rising GOP star Carolina Amesty and immediately the corrupt MSM accuses Pam Bondi of wrongdoing. 

We reported a week ago that an up and coming GOP superstar in the Florida House was targeted by the Biden regime’s DOJ and falsely charged of bogus criminal actions only two working days before President Trump’s inauguration.

We never thought we would see in our country an Administration (the Biden regime) target its enemies with false charges, pushed by corrupt prosecutors, in corrupt courts.  No one was safe.  President Trump, his closest associates, his supporters, and everyone who stood up against the Biden regime’s unconstitutional and America-destroying acts were targets.

By the time the 2024 election came, President Trump was facing years in prison.  If those targeting President Trump had been able to go through with it, he would have died broke in prison.  Fortunately, a miracle happened and President Trump went on to win the most important election in our lifetimes.

Not far from Mar-a-Lago was another American targeted by the Biden regime.  This rising star in Florida politics was young, beautiful, strong, Christian and courageous.  She was everything the far-left fears and because of that, she became a Deep State target.

Former Florida State Representative Carolina Amesty was a rising star with an outspoken Latina pro-MAGA voice.  The Miami Independent shared:

Amesty, a conservative firebrand winning her seat during the difficult 2022 midterm elections, quickly became a leading voice against human trafficking in the Florida state house, championing the cause of helping victims in the legislature. She did so while being an unabashed supporter of President Trump, helping to expand the GOP tent to Hispanics. When an opportunity arose to destroy Amesty’s political star, the Biden DOJ snapped into action…

Amesty, a conservative firebrand winning her seat during the difficult 2022 midterm elections, quickly became a leading voice against human trafficking in the Florida state house, championing the cause of helping victims in the legislature. She did so while being an unabashed supporter of President Trump, helping to expand the GOP tent to Hispanics.

Ms. Amesty was strong as she pushed laws that would protect children and families.  She was behind the Florida bill that prevented girls as young as 17 from working in strip clubs across the state.  She was doing what she promised.  Here she is celebrating the new bill and thanking Governor DeSantis for his support.

On April 17, 2023, Amesty joined Florida Governor DeSantis in standing up for American children and against Disney’s promotion of a woke ideology.  She shared:

…because we treat all corporations equally and Disney is no exception, it is time for Disney Executives to have a sober conversation and retake the company from the radical ideologies that have hijacked it.  You are in the business of entertaining Children and Families, you are not in the business of social re-engineering or promoting radical political ideologies and if you think you are, we have good news for you as our great Governor has said, Florida is the place where woke goes to die. Thank you

The Biden regime could no longer take it.  They had to take this rising star out.  She was a threat to their woke ideologies.

Amesty first faced a state case against alleging false charges of notary violations.  This bogus case against Amesty was later dropped.  But the damage was done, Amesty lost her election in the 2024 election, despite her work protecting the people of Florida.  Then the Biden regime stepped in.

Next came a federal complaint against Amesty filed four days (two working days) before President Trump’s inauguration by the outgoing Biden United States Attorney.  It focused on two entities connected to Amesty’s family which received $122,000 in small business loans that were obtained through the COVID EIDL program, including for religious organizations and ministries.

…According to a court filing, these loans were fully legitimate with zero payments ever being missed and with five of the twelve loans already being fully paid off. The collateral backing the loans exceeds their face value, and the government has not lost a single dollar on the loans. There is no victim nor any crime to speak of.  “The Economic Injury Disaster Loans in question — primarily to Christian organizations — were obtained appropriately in good faith and with no misrepresentations.”

We reported last week that Interim U.S. Attorney Gregory Kehoe was able to end this baseless case and that it was time for him to do so.  

Yesterday we received great news – federal prosecutors in Florida moved to dismiss the bogus charges against Amesty.

Carolina posted on Twitter the following yesterday:

The government has dropped its criminal complaint against me. I am grateful to God, my amazing attorney Brad Bondi and his team, and my family for supporting me through this difficult time. Daniel 6:22.

After my attorneys presented overwhelming evidence of my innocence (as described in his recent court filing), the government acknowledged it didn’t have a case by requesting leave from the Court to dismiss the prosecution. It was a flawed prosecution from the inception, filed by…

Unfortunately, Carolina had little time to celebrate as the corrupt MSM immediately published a hit piece regarding her case.  ABC News reported (emphasis added):

Federal prosecutors on Wednesday moved to dismiss criminal charges against a woman accused of fraud in Florida who was being represented in court by Brad Bondi, the brother of Attorney General Pam Bondi.

The Biden Justice Department filed a criminal complaint against Carolina Amesty, a former Republican lawmaker, in mid-January — just days before President Donald Trump took office. Amesty faced two counts of theft of government property related to COVID relief fraud and, if convicted, faced a maximum penalty of up to 20 years in prison.

But on Wednesday morning, Brad Bondi claimed in court papers that “counsel for Ms. Amesty learned [last month] that the government had ceased its criminal investigation … and withdrew its outstanding subpoenas.”

Unbelievably, ABC inserted wording in its report that it is not accurate.  ABC inserts wording “[last month]” to make the situation sound nefarious.  This is not accurate.

ABC claims that the court papers show the wording “[last month]” in the the filing.  This is not the case.  In the filing below – there is no mention that Amesty’s legal team knew in July or any prior month that the DOJ was going to end its bogus case against Amesty.  Here is the actual wording in the filing:

Per a statement from a spokesperson for Carolina Amesty, Carolina and her counsel had no communications with the AG on this matter:

“Neither Carolina Amesty nor her counsel had any communications with the Attorney General regarding the matter.  The Department of Justice in a statement today acknowledged that ‘the Attorney General had no role in it.’   Experienced defense attorney Brad Bondi, who has been representing Ms. Amesty since 2024 and is widely regarded as one of the best attorneys in the country, and his excellent team presented overwhelming evidence of Carolina Amesty’s innocence to prosecutors.  The government’s decision today to ask the court to dismiss the criminal complaint was the right and just result on the merits.”

The corrupt media wants to produce a hit piece out of nothing.  They should be reporting how disgusting the Biden DOJ was to ever bring this bogus case forward against an innocent American.  Instead, ABC puts together this hit piece on Carolina Amesty, AG Bondi and her brother who is excellent attorney and who stands against injustice.

ABC owes Carolina Amesty, her attorney Brad Bondi, and the US Attorney General an apology.
