The J6 Community Grieves Yet Another Casualty of The Biden Regime. Leading Many To Wonder When Will The Pain Stop And How Many More Have To Needlessly Die Before There is Some Relief?

When the news of Matthew Webler’s death hit the J6 community a few weeks ago, it was devastating to hear. Just a couple of days ago, the community came to know what actually happened with Matthew. In just 9 months, there have been three deaths of pardoned J6ers. Matthew Huttle, Bart Shively, and now Matthew Webler. The trauma and pain that all of these men suffered both in the last several years of their lives and in their deaths need not be repeated by any more people.

Many are asking where is President Trump? Why has there been no investigation into the J6 Fedsurrection? Why are the DOJ and FBI still filled with loyalist to the Biden Regime? Why are there still 12 J6ers without pardons? When are these people going to be made whole? How many more need to die?

There needs to be some relief. Matthew was a very nice man who deserved happiness and the love of his wife and child. All of that was taken from him. J6 supporter and friend Lydia Sorrow wrote a beautiful memorial for The Gateway Pundit readers to know more about Matthew.

The Untimely and Tragic Death of Matthew “Qrumb” Webler

Written by his Friend: Lydia Sorrow

God help us! Give us guidance and understanding. Most of the population have no idea of the horrors and heartbreaks that the J6 community and their friends and family have had to endure. Unimaginable nightmares that shake you to your core and bring you to your knees asking for God’s mercy.

On August 9, 2025, Matthew “Qrumb” Webler, sadly took his own life. The abuse of power that the Federal Government did to him contributed to his untimely death. While Matthew was extremely proud and thrilled with the Pardon that he received from President Trump, it was not enough to combat the destruction that going to the capital on January 6, 2021, caused to his personal life.

I befriended Matthew while he was in FCI Edgefield, SC.

On January 19, 2025, I received a phone call from Matthew. He expressed excitement for the pardon and hope for freedom; then he burst into tears with me on the phone, the reality of coming back home, back to freedom without his family was deeply upsetting to him. He was excited, hopeful, and crushed all at the same time. Sobbing uncontrollably, he told me, “How, how can I go back home? Home is not what it was before I was arrested! My family is gone!”

Here are sections of a letter I received from Matthew on February 22, 2023. Through Matt’s own words, you can hear his story, his pain, and his heartache.

“First if all, I never in a million years expected that I would be held without bond. My ability to properly fight the case was completely handcuffed when that happened.

Secondly in my first real conversation with my counsel his words mirrored past words from President Trump. “The system is rigged against us”. Especially here in the 11th circuit. The rulings have been made in such a way that we can’t even fight gun laws!! Imagine how I felt when I heard that I couldn’t even attempt a fight. I was in complete shock.

Then about 2-weeks into my being kidnapped on a Saturday morning, I received a hysterical call from my wife informing me that at 2 am. The police and DFACS (Department of Family and Children Services) came with a removal order and took our newborn Zayne from us. The removal order claimed “neglect”.

My wife and I had been married a little more than 4 ½ years at this point. We had been together for nearly 12. My wife has physical issues that prevent her from ever getting pregnant. We had resigned ourselves to being a childless couple. Adoption wasn’t an option we considered because we never thought we had the means. Then out of the blue on an August afternoon behind a building, I was working at in Tucker, GA, I ran into this homeless couple that were drug addicts. The woman as more than 7-monhts pregnant. I knew immediately that my life had just changed. That I had to do something. To make a long story short, Zayne was born at 11:00 am on September 30th, 2021, in a hotel room in Memorial Drive in Dekalb County, GA. My wife and I stayed at the hotel with a couple of midwives all day waiting on our attorney to arrive so that we could do paperwork and take legal custody.

Once we had custody of him, we immediately went to the hospital and he as admitted healthy, but “the worst NAS Baby” they had ever seen. He was found to have heroin, cocaine, benzos, meth, and marijuana in his system. Despite this he recovered quickly and 2-short weeks later he was released from the NICU and we brought him home. My wife and I were on cloud 9. We were in absolute heaven; Zayne was a miracle that we never even dreamed was possible. Churches, family and friends donated so much stuff we had to give some away. In-laws on both sides were at our house constantly. We took Zayne to the Dr. on schedule, and my wife even had a notebook to document all his feeding, bowel movements, crying, everything. If anything, we were guilty of too much but never in a million years was he neglected. We had a DFCS caseworker that visited the house twice and documented that he was well cared for.

The FBI had a child welfare officer present at my arrest and reported to DFCS that Zayne was obviously well taken care of. Despite all of this our DFCS case workers supervisor went above her head and went to a judge to get a falsified removal order signed. The only explanation for this is political persecution. There was a hearing, be we couldn’t afford an attorney for it and my wife couldn’t handle it alone. She was an emotional basket case.

That phone call was the absolutely lowest point on life. I had to stand there and listen to her screaming that they took her son, and it was all my fault. I couldn’t say or do anything I could only listen. I wanted to wrap her up in my arms and assure her that it would all be okay, but I couldn’t. I was helpless. A few months later she filed for divorce. My entire world had been decimated in a few short months. I was completely defeated.

Qrumb

Aka Matthew Webler”

Matthew’s death came as a shock to everyone.

He was able to find work and become active in support groups for J6 and in Anon groups. He did numerous podcast interviews. He even proudly displayed his Presidential Pardon on the side of his car.

But inside, Matthew was desperately wanting to get back with his now divorced wife and to find out what happened to their son, Zayne.

I cry out to the American People and to President Trump:

Our J6 community is hurting. They need help, love and support. They need strong programs to help them cope. They need the American people to know the truth of what actually happened to them on January 6, 2021. And how our own country betrayed them.

THEY NEED YOU, PRESIDENT TRUMP!

We do not want to lose another one of our dear patriots. Patriots’ that stood up against tyranny on that cold January 6th day in 2021. Patriots’ that love their families and their country.

Matthew was brilliant. A true Patriot that loved his country. May God heal his grieving family and friends. May God heal our divided nation. May God heal us all.
