The Deep State with the HHS is going ALL OUT to sabotage HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s efforts to drain the swamp, promote medical freedom, and make America healthy again. Even more ominously, they use an old CIA book to carry out their sinister tasks.
Conservative activist Benny Johnson obtained information from whistleblowers showing that career CDC and HHS bureaucrats are distributing a CIA manual entitled “Simple Sabotage,” which was orginally written in 1944, to their subordinates. The CDC ranks are currently carrying out this CIA strategy to the T.
Here are the damning details:
As Johnson points out, the manual tells bureaucrats to slow operations by demanding written orders and feigning ignorance. In the meantime, they are to carry out acts that spread blame across as many people as possible.
Here are some examples:
“On the street, sabotage after dark against a military vehicle.”
“Do everything possible to delay the delivery of orders. Don’t deliver until completely ready.”
“Try to commit acts for which large numbers of people could be responsible.”
The manual instructs employees to purposely slow operations by demanding written orders and pretending not to understand, while carrying out acts that spread blame across as many people as possible.
It even gives explicit examples:

Employees are next instructed to do things to lower morale and cause confusion. One way to do this is to develop a “non-cooperative” attitude, and get others to do the same.
They are to then combine this tactic with “acting stupid” to undermine efficiency.

But that’s not all. The manual instructs bureaucrats to drag out work and submit unreadable documents that must be redone.
This takes up valuable department time and can grind things to a near halt.

Finally, Deep Staters are instructed to spread lies within the department to recruit others in an overall scheme to turn the entire strategy into compete sabotage.
Meanwhile, staff are instructed to spread propaganda internally to recruit others, turning minor sabotage into mass disruption.

Should these bureaucrats succeed, it would be impossible for the HHS and CDC to function at all. RFK Jr. would turn into a powerless figurehead and Fauci-like thugs would unofficially seize control of the department.
