SHOCKING INJUSTICE: Soros-Funded DA Alvin Bragg Lets Violent Pro-Abortion Thug Walk Free After Brutal, On-Camera Assault on Pro-Life Woman

In yet another glaring example of the radical left’s two-tiered justice system, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has dismissed all charges against Brianna J. Rivers, the unhinged pro-abortion extremist who viciously assaulted pro-life activist Savannah Craven Antao on camera back in April.
What started as a felony assault charge was downgraded to a mere misdemeanor and then quietly dropped entirely, leaving victims of leftist violence without recourse while criminals roam free.
Savannah Craven Antao, a courageous advocate for the unborn with the pro-life organization Live Action, was out in the streets of Harlem on April 3, 2025, conducting peaceful street interviews for her eye-opening video project titled “What Does Planned Parenthood Do? Perception vs. Reality?”
Her mission was simple: to expose the grim truths about America’s largest abortion mill and spark honest conversations about the sanctity of life.
But in Biden’s America, where free speech is under siege from the radical left, even polite dialogue can turn deadly for conservatives. According to Savannah and her husband, Henry Antao, the encounter began innocently enough.
The assailant, later identified as 30-year-old Brianna J. Rivers, approached the couple with compliments. “Oh my gosh, I love your dress. You look so cute,” she said, even praising Henry’s skin tone and calling them “so cute.”
The conversation quickly revealed Rivers’ pro-abortion stance, but Savannah remained calm and respectful, as she always does in her videos—challenging people with thoughtful questions rather than confrontation.
Things escalated when Rivers shockingly declared that we should “kill all the kids in foster care.” Stunned, Savannah sought clarification: “Oh, that’s really violent and interesting.”
Rivers couldn’t handle the moral mirror being held up to her twisted ideology. In a chilling moment captured on video, she ranted, “You don’t understand the magnitude of having a child.”
Savannah fired back with unyielding truth, “I’m not the one who admitted they would be okay with killing babies in foster care and killing children that had been abused.”
That’s when the coward snapped. Without warning, Rivers launched a savage attack, punching Savannah in the face twice and gearing up for more. Henry heroically stepped in, shielding his wife from further harm and calling 911.
Savannah was rushed to the hospital, where she received stitches for her injuries.

The NYPD arrested Rivers and charged her with second-degree assault, a felony. But under Alvin Bragg’s soft-on-crime, politically weaponized office, the charge was quickly downgraded to a misdemeanor—and then quietly dismissed altogether.
Despite indisputable video evidence, hospital records, over $3,000 in medical bills, and Rivers’ ongoing public mockery of her crime, Bragg’s office simply let the case die.
Worse still, Savannah revealed that the prosecutor assigned to her case wasn’t even a licensed attorney—just a law school graduate operating under a student practice rule meant for minor offenses, not violent felonies.
Bragg’s team failed to communicate with Savannah or her lawyers, ignored their calls, and ultimately allowed the case to be dismissed on “speedy trial” grounds.
In a video update, Savannah blasted Bragg’s office:
“On July 23, 2025, I found out that the prosecution simply allowed this misdemeanor to be dismissed on speedy trial grounds, apparently due to the prosecution’s failure to file a certificate of readiness. I was never advised by the prosecution that my case had essentially been abandoned. As a matter of fact, the prosecutor assigned to handle my case isn’t even admitted to the New York Bar—just an inexperienced law school graduate.
Yet he was able to handle my case under a student practice rule, which is supposed to apply only to very minor offenses. Prior to the dismissal, the prosecutors failed to communicate with me and with my lawyers, and the failure to communicate continued after my lawyers intervened on my behalf to try and find out how this case could be dismissed. To this day, my lawyers and I have received zero replies despite multiple text messages, emails, and phone calls.
It is inconceivable that a violent assault case such as this—one that received widespread media attention, including that shocking video—would be put into the hands of somebody not even admitted to the New York Bar, who then allowed for the case to be dismissed. It is hard to avoid the conclusion that this case was deliberately sabotaged. To this day, my assailant, Brianna J. Rivers, continues to show zero remorse and make jokes about her act of violence toward me and other pro-lifers.
I do not want cliques, fame, or sympathy for what happened to me. I want justice for the countless pro-life and conservative activists who go out and peacefully stand up for what they believe in.
And justice for the thousands of pre-born children who will be aborted today, tomorrow, and the next. No one, on either side of the aisle, should experience physical violence for using their First Amendment right. Shame on you, Alvin Bragg.”
