Captain Christopher Kuehne is an American war hero and a patriot who came to the Jan 6 protest carrying a Trump flag. He walked into the building to clean up the mess made by others and to stop looting. He was nonetheless charged for participating in the events of that day.
In the early morning of February 11, Kuehne, his pregnant wife Annette, and their four-year-old child were awakened to sirens, cell phone rings, and bursts of colorful lights reflecting through their windows. They were forced to stand outside in the cold for hours and tragically, they lost their unborn child.

Born in Chicago, at the age of 9, Chris saved his younger sister from a burning car. At the age of 19, Chris enlisted in the Marines. By June of 2004, Second Lieutenant Chris Kuehne had the honor of giving the commands for the 21-gun salute at President Ronald Reagan’s private funeral at Semi Valley, California.
He is a father and husband who served multiple tours of duty and was wounded in combat. The story of his arrest after Jan 6 and the impact it had on his family is shocking.

Hello everyone,
It is very difficult to describe what we have been through the last 4-plus years. It has been overwhelming, emotional, and exhaustive to say the least. We were in a REAL FIGHT FOR FREEDOM!!! My husband Capt. Kuehne, USMC (Ret.) @Dark_Horse92 who served this country for over 20 years was LIED about. There was a FBI informant “Aaron” who was directly involved in Chris’ case whose identity has been made public.
However, because he is directly involved in my husband’s case and his case is sealed we must refer to him as “Aaron”. We even learned last year that FBI Special Agent Garrett O’Boyle was at the FBI raid on our home on February 11, 2021, he informed us that the FBI case manager lied and said that my husband was “manufacturing illegal weapons in his basement”. I am still wondering why there wasn’t enough attention brought to this injustice we suffered, both political parties are to blame. I still welcome any politician who can make an impact and ensure this never happens to any American citizen again to reach out to us.
We found out yesterday that the MALICIOUS civil lawsuit brought by the DC attorney general in 2021 was finally DISMISSED against my husband.
My husband had to defend himself for 4 years against two coinciding legal matters that were aimed at taking his freedom, destroying him/us in many ways to include financially, and making it difficult to hold a job. This has certainly affected our health.
I am grateful that he was pardoned and that the civil lawsuit was dismissed yesterday. However, I feel angry today that this happened in the first place.
This was political persecution, prosecution, and punishment that no one should have gone through. I hate that we have to continue to FIGHT to be restored, why put us through all this???
