Human smugglers seem to be a common theme, considering there are millions of illegals inside the United States. We can thank the corrupt Biden regime for the previous four years for creating this chaos.

Texas DPS in Maverick County pursued a human smuggler on a high-speed chase after the driver refused to turn off her car after being pulled over. Tetja Spears, who was the driver, took off quickly after disobeying an order from the DPS trooper to turn off her vehicle. The trooper suspected marijuana usage in the car and attempted to turn off the vehicle since Spears was uncooperative.

Spears quickly drove off, endangering the trooper, who was almost dragged along with the car.

She attempted to evade the troopers and also ignored a Border Patrol checkpoint in Eagle Pass.

To prevent the pursuit from continuing, law enforcement used equipment to deflate the tires. After the vehicle came to a stop, Spears and the passenger, Pettus Pine, were taken into custody.

Spears was charged with human smuggling and evading arrest. Pine was charged with human smuggling. In addition to that, three illegal aliens from Ecuador, who were inside the car, were handed over to the Border Patrol.

Texas DPS troopers have been committed to keeping Texas safe and have been very proactive in pursuing human smugglers and illegal aliens.

The ongoing effort is part of Operation Lone Star, which was initially launched in 2021 to combat illegal immigration during the period of open borders under the Biden administration.

Watch:

Honoring the Constitution is vital to keep and protect the American Republic. Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution clearly states that the federal government has the authority, as well as the responsibility, to prevent an invasion. 10 to 15 million illegals would fall under the definition of an invasion.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.

President Trump has successfully secured the Border after resuming office in January of this year. Illegal crossings are at an all-time low thanks to common-sense enforcement of federal law.

The rule of law is back.
