A viral video of an ICE arrest, targeting a violent criminal Ecuadoran illegal alien, is making its rounds on social media as triggered leftists claim that the incident cause the alien’s husband to have a seizure with a young child in his arms.

But the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says the purported medical episode was faked and that emergency medical personnel at the scene “absolutely no signs of medical concerns just moments later.” The man further refused medical help.

According to DHS, the man was in the car with his child and wife, Juliana Milena Ojeda-Montoya, an illegal alien who was wanted by local Fitchburg Police “for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after she STABBED her co-worker twice with a pair of scissors and then threw a trash barrel at her.”

Juliana Milena Ojeda-Montoya threw the child into her husband’s arms when he began faking a seizure, according to the department.

In all seriousness, if he was having a real seizure, it would be appropriate for officials to remove the child from his arms to prevent harm. Additionally, according to the Epilepsy Foundation, you should “Help the person lie down, and place something soft under the head and neck” if they are having a seizure. Convusions inside of the vehicle could cause head trauma and other bodily injury.

However, as officers attempted to remove the child from danger, deranged onlookers filmed the incident and screamed, “Look at what they’re doing to the baby!”

“He’s having a seizure, and you’re trying to rip the baby out of her hands,” another screamed at the police as the crowd grew increasingly rowdy.

One user shared the clip in a post that now has over 18 million views, claiming that “ICE grabs father by the neck—send him into violent seizure while his arms lock up around his toddler.”

However, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin listed the facts one by one:

1. This was a targeted ICE arrest of a violent criminal illegal alien who, in August, repeatedly stabbed her coworker with scissors & then threw a trash can at her victim.

2. Emergency Medical Personnel on the scene found no legitimate medical episode—ICE called 911 and the illegal alien refused any medical care.

Rep Ayanna Pressley responded in an X post, stating, “The violence and cruelty is hard to watch, but impossible for families to endure.”

“This is a sickening example of Trump and ICE’s blatant disregard for humanity as they terrorize our families and communities,” she continued.
