
Suspect Identified in San Antonio Landscape Company Mass Shooting, 4 Dead, Including Gunman


The suspect in Saturday’s mass shooting at a landscape company in San Antonio has been identified.
Jose Hernandez Galo, who is 21 years old, allegedly killed three employees at Mission Landscape Supply, before turning the gun on himself.
Galo was also an employee of the company.
The suspect’s immigration status is not known at this time.
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have identified a man accused of fatally shooting three people Saturday morning at a North Side landscape supply company.
Jose Hernandez Galo, 21, was found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, SAPD said in a preliminary report on Sunday.
The shooting happened just before 8 a.m. Saturday in the 4400 block of Stahl Road.
Galo opened fire on employees, hitting one woman and two men, who both died on scene. Numerous employees fled the area to safety while he opened fire.
After securing the area, police found Galo nearby, dead from an apparent suicide.
