Jack Posobiec didn’t just bring 3,000 “FREEDOM” shirts to Madison Square Garden Saturday night; he also may have saved a man’s life.

While Turning Point USA activists, led by Posobiec and Benny Johnson, were distributing the now-iconic shirts to fight fans lined up outside the UFC 322 venue, Posobiec stepped in to help a man who suddenly collapsed from an apparent overdose.

The night began with the activists handing out the shirts in less than an hour and flooding the deep blue city with a healthy dose of patriotism in honor of the organization’s recently assassinated founder, Charlie Kirk.

Video from the scene shows thousands of UFC fans eagerly grabbing the shirts, many of whom immediately put them on and joined spontaneous “Charlie! Charlie!” chants.

“The entire TPUSA team couldn’t keep Freedom shirts on hand,” Posobiec posted. “We gave out 3000 in one hour in the heart of NYC. Freedom doesn’t quit. Freedom fights.”

Posobiec’s wife, Tanya, captured the frenzy on video, showing volunteers scrambling to keep up with demand as fans swarmed the tables.

Mario Nawfal highlighted the scale of the operation, writing, “Thousands of fans heading into Madison Square Garden for UFC didn’t just get fights, they got Freedom… MSG hosted UFC inside, but outside, it looked like a populist rally with octagon-level hype.”

Posobiec later recounted the giveaway on Fox News, explaining how the rapid distribution stunned even the organizers and turned the UFC crowd into a visible show of support for TPUSA’s message.

While handing out the shirts, Posobiec may have also helped save a life.

As he was distributing shirts on the MSG steps, a young man Posobiec had just been speaking with suddenly collapsed from an apparent overdose.

Without hesitation, the Navy veteran and Human Events host sprang into action, carrying the man to safety, checking his pulse, and staying with him until NYPD and EMS arrived.

EMS administered Narcan twice on scene and transported the man with a pulse to the hospital.

Posobiec later updated followers, “EMS narcan’d him 2x in front of us and got him into an ambulance… All the TPUSA volunteers said a prayer for this man who had been talking to us just moments before.”

While the man’s condition is currently unknown, it is clear that Posobiec’s quick action significantly improved his chances of survival.

The swift response earned praise across social media, with many calling Posobiec a hero for helping him while others may have just walked past.

In less than 60 minutes, a simple shirt giveaway became a powerful symbol.

Thousands of New Yorkers proudly wore “FREEDOM” on their chests, chanting for the conservative movement, and one brave leader stepped up to save a life when seconds counted.

Freedom doesn’t quit, and clearly, neither does TPUSA.
