WATCH: Democrat Sen. Ruben Gallego Responds to Mark Kelly Investigation in Profanity-Laced Tirade, Says “F*ck You” to President Trump and Pete Hegseth – “This is F*cking Insane… F*ck Those Guys”

Junior Arizona Democratic Senator Ruben Gallego responded to the Department of War’s investigation into Senator Mark Kelly for urging military members to defy the President’s lawful orders with an unhinged, profanity-laced video statement while driving through Arizona.
“This is f*cking insane. We should all point out how f*cking insane this is,” Gallego said.
He added, “And, you know, Secretary Hegseth, all these guys, fuck you guys. You’re not gonna be able to scare us.”

Gallego: This is f*cking insane. We should all point out how f*cking insane this is. Hey, this is Ruben Gallego, I’m traveling through Arizona right now, and I just see the news that Department of Defense is starting investigation against my seat mate, Mark Kelly. this is f*cking insane. We should all point out how f*cking insane this is. And, you know, these guys are trying to say that they’re not acting like fascists, they’re not trying to give as much power to this president as a king, that they should stop acting like it.
Mark Kelly is a patriot. There’s no reason why they’re going after him. He was doing his duty and just reminding people about their rights as service members. And, you know, Secretary Hegseth, all these guys, fuck you guys. You’re not gonna be able to scare us. We have a right to defend the Constitution of the United States. We have a right to tell our other service members that they have they, they have a right to ignore illegal orders, and you’re not going to be able to intimidate us.
Gallego initially responded earlier on X, saying, “F*ck you and your investigation.”

Mark Kelly and five other Democratic lawmakers, in a recent video message, told active duty service members and intelligence officials that they have a “duty” to disobey “illegal” orders from President Trump.
The members of Congress used their credentials as high-ranking former members of the military and national security apparatus to advise people to disobey lawful orders from their chain of command and the President of the United States, with extremely broad and unclear language. By signaling they have the duty to do so, they further attempted to intimidate those under the command of the United States into opposing lawful orders.
This comes amid unrelenting waves of lawfare against the President’s lawful authority, which the Supreme Court has overwhelmingly ruled has been exercised properly.
The illegitimate orders from US lawmakers may seem legitimate to a layperson, such as the 18-year-old who signed up to serve his country with little knowledge of the laws under which they are governed.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Department of War launched an investigation into Mark Kelly, a former Naval Captain, on Monday and said they may recall him into active duty for court-martial proceedings.
Full statement below:
The Department of War has received serious allegations of misconduct against Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.). In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures. This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. Further official comments will be limited, to preserve the integrity of the proceedings.
The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. Any violations will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.
All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful. A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.
Kelly later responded defiantly.
