Trump Issues Warning to Comey and Letitia James After Clinton Judge Dismisses Their Criminal Cases (VIDEO)

President Trump on Tuesday evening issued a warning to James Comey and Letitia James after a judge dismissed their cases.
A federal judge on Monday dismissed the criminal cases against James Comey and Letitia James.
The case was dismissed without prejudice, which means it is only dismissed temporarily.
Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, a Clinton appointee, ruled that US Attorney Lindsey Halligan’s appointment violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.
The judge also said Attorney General Pam Bondi’s attempt to ratify Halligan’s actions were “ineffective.”
Comey did somewhat of a victory lap after the judge’s ruling. He also lashed out at President Trump and accused him of weaponizing the Justice Department to go after his political enemies.
“A message has to be sent that the president of the United States cannot use the Department of Justice to target his political enemies,” Comey said in a video posted to Instagram.
“I don’t care what your politics are, you have to see that as fundamentally un-American and a threat to the rule of law that keeps all of us free,” James Comey said.
Comey said President Trump will probably go after him again.
“I know that Donald Trump will probably come after me again, and my attitude is going to be the same. I’m innocent, I am not afraid, and I believe in an independent federal judiciary,” he said.
Letitia James also celebrated the judge’s ruling.
However, President Trump said not so fast.
“They got out on a technicality, and you’ll see what happens from here on,” Trump said Tuesday night in remarks to reporters aboard Air Force One.
“Let’s see what happens over the next week,” he said.
