Jesse Kelly and Tyler O’Neill of The Daily Signal discuss the corruption of the Somali communities in Minnesota and why they refuse to assimilate into American society.

The video opens up with a clip of President Trump saying that he does not want anyone from Somalia to be in the United States. He referred to Rep Ilan Omar as “garbage.”

“You’ve got to admire the fact that he doesn’t mince words,” Kelly said of President Trump’s comments.

“Tyler, just how fraudulent is the Somali community in this country?” Kelly asked.

“So many of the stories we are hearing out of Minnesota are just so egregious,” O’Neill said.

“We are talking about a country in West Africa that is well known, well associated with piracy, that is falling apart in civil war,” O’Neill said.

“We don’t want to bring their pathologies here to the United States of America, and that is unfortunately what we are seeing,” O’Neill continued.

“If you look at the feeding our future scandal in Minnesota, you’ll see how many of these defendants are Somali,” O’Neill continued.

“People are pleading guilty, people are being convicted, people are being given prison sentences for this massive fraud,” O’Neill explained.

“The woman who set up the NGO is a white woman, but most of the other defendants are Somalis,” O’Neill continued.

“What we are seeing here in Minnesota is on a large scale, the Somali community is not assimilating to the degree that we need in our country, and it’s really not assimilating to the degree that they need to maintain their welfare state in the state of Minnesota,” O’Neill said.

“What we are seeing here is on a tremendous scale the abuse of that welfare state,” O’Neill continued.

“Why did others find a way to assimilate and there are several in the Somali community in this country who don’t even speak English and frankly not even attempting to do so. Why?” Kelly asked.

“There are many reasons for that. The Somali community there in Minnesota is, there are areas that are essentially all Somali, very high percentages,” O’Neill said.

“There is also another aspect to this and that is the radical Islam connection,” O’Neill said.
