December 8th, 2025, began well for Tina Peters, as her attorney engaged with President Trump, presenting solid legal justification for her pardon.  As the day progressed, however, things took a turn for the worse for Tina.  Judge Varholak predictably took the easy way out on her Habeas petition, as he denied her Constitutional rights violations cited in a critical accompanying Amicus Brief.

Separately, later in the day, Tina was forced back into solitary confinement with the only justification being that it was “for her own safety”.  In reality, the entire case against Tina Peters is a demonstration of how evil will go to astronomical extremes to protect the guilty and persecute the innocent.

Given that, enough is enough regarding the falsified failed imprisonment of Tina Peters based upon the Government’s counterfeit ‘evidence’.  It would probably be easier to have the Warren Commission admit that the CIA killed JFK rather than have Colorado admit any wrongdoing against Tina Peters.

Since Tina’s sentencing and incarceration on Oct 3, 2024, not only has she endured multiple life-threatening circumstances, cruel and unusual punishment that violates Colorado’s Constitution, compounded by her health concerns from a partial lung removal, but she has been regularly singled out and treated much more harshly than other fellow prisoners.  Read all about that here in the letter recently sent to President Trump from Tina’s attorney, Peter Ticktin:

In this letter Attorney Ticktin explains the actual legal pathway for President Trump to free Tina from the tyranny of the Colorado Evil Empire:  It also parallels the engagement of LBJ to bring in National Guard Troops (justifying Federal intervention) to protect the 1965 Civil Rights March from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama.  There’s also ample justification in Tina’s case for federal intervention because she was protecting the very premature (and illegal) erasure of federal election data from the 2020 election.

Tina’s situation and this 1965 event share the common theme of Civil Rights violations.  Judge Barrett severely disregarded Tina’s Civil Rights when he claimed her speech was a danger to society.

Additionally. Colorado ‘Governor’ Polis has been silent in the course of this bizarre journey.  He apparently thinks he can continue to fool the masses into thinking that Tina Peters is actually guilty of the manufactured charges levied against her.

Polis’ refusal to pardon Tina is as dystopian as some ignorant public comments that state “She was tried and found guilty”. And, “Why does MAGA hate the rule of law and America?” The 2nd grade thought process of the people who believe ‘Governor’ Polis is being truthful in any manner is a sad commentary on how far our country has fallen after the sacrifice of so many who made it great.

The bottom line of all this is; Tina Peters is in prison because she got in the way of the most powerful evil people in the history of the world who were in the midst of completing their color revolution against America.  When she exposed the means of how they steal elections in order to steal America and the world, hell descended upon her in 2021.

The rabid Deep State personnel have caused the grave damage that President Trump and the patriots surrounding him are reversing as quickly as possible.

We have a very good track record so far under the leadership of President Trump which has minimized the devastating effects of The New World Order, the Great Global Reset, The World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, and NEXT, the Color Revolution against America will be metaphorically Hung, Drawn and Quartered.

Tina Peters should be immediately released from prison and her constitutional rights restored.
