BREAKING: Providence Police Release Photos of a Person “In Proximity” to Brown University Shooting Person of Interest

Providence Police on Wednesday released photos of a person who was in proximity of the person of interest in Brown University shooting.

Two people were killed and 9 critically wounded after the gunman opened fire at Brown University on Saturday afternoon.

It is now day five of the manhunt and law enforcement doesn’t know the identity of the gunman.

“Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying and speaking to the individual shown in these photos who was in proximity of the person of interest,” Providence Police said.

“Anyone with information is urged to contact the tip line at 401-272-3121,” the police said.

FBI Boston is also asking the public for help identifying the person in proximity to the person of interest.

Law enforcement on Tuesday released new timeline and footage of a person of interest in the deadly Brown University shooting.

The footage shows a male with a pudgy belly walking past police just minutes after the shooting that left two people dead.

The shooting occurred at 4:03 pm ET. The video shows the person of interest walking past first responders after the shooting.

Later Tuesday, the FBI released enhanced video of the person of interest.

Clearer footage of the person of interest shows a portly male walking along residential streets before and after the shooting.
