Fulton County, Georgia, a hotbed of election irregularities in the stolen 2020 election, has admitted that at least 315,000 votes were certified illegally in 2020.

Biden allegedly won the state of Georgia in 2020 by 11,779 votes. He won Fulton County with 380,212 votes to Trump’s 137,247.

60% of the votes in Fulton County were illegally certified!

Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections attorney Ann Brumbaugh made the stunning admission during a December 9 Georgia State Election Board Meeting.

VoterGA investigator David Cross testified before the board regarding a complaint he had filed in 2022, alleging that vote tabulator tapes were not properly certified and signed off on, violating Georgia law and breaking the chain of custody for the tapes.

“Our group paid Fulton County $15,800 in an open records request where the county turned over 77 megabytes of records, every tabulator tape representing 315,000 votes,” Cross told the board. “Fulton County produced zero signed tabulator tapes in early voting,” adding that the signed tapes are “the sole legal certification that the reported totals are authentic.”

And Ann Brumbaugh admitted, “We do not dispute that the tapes were not signed. It was a violation of the rule.”

WATCH:

Brumbaugh: I’ve not seen the tapes myself, but I— we do not dispute that the tapes were not signed. It was a violation of the rule. Since 2020, again, we have new leadership and a new building and a new board and new standard operating procedures, and since then, the training has been enhanced. The poll watchers are trained specifically.

They’ve got to sign the tapes in the morning, and they’ve got to sign the tapes when they’re run at the end of the day, when the tapes come back to the hub for, you know, with all the documentation, they are checked again, and if somebody forgot to sign a tape, then Fulton initiates an investigation. But we don’t have a— we don’t dispute the allegation.

This comes amid a Department of Justice investigation seeking to inspect the records and ballots from the 2020 election, which are in the custody of the Fulton County Superior Court’s Clerk’s Office.

Last month, sparks flew at a Board of Registration and Elections meeting when Republican board member Julie Adams asked her colleague if the 2020 election ballots were in the County’s custody. Chairwoman Sherri Allen lost it and demanded that another member not answer the question, leading to a heated exchange and fueling even more suspicion.

Now, we know that not only are the ballots being hidden from the DOJ, but hundreds of thousands of early votes were illegally counted.

More from the Federalist:

Georgia’s Secretary of State Office investigated the alleged failure to sign tabluation tapes and “substantiated” the findings that Fulton County “violated Official Election Record Document Processes when it was discovered that thirty-six (36) out of thirty-seven (37) Advanced Voting Precincts in Fulton County, Georgia failed to sign the Tabulation Tapes as required [by statute],” according to a 2024 investigation summary. In addition to probing the unsigned tabulation tapes, the investigation also found that officials at 32 polling sites failed to verify their zero tapes.

Georgia law requires that election officials have each ballot scanner print three closing tapes at the end of each voting day. Poll workers must sign these tapes or include a documented reason for refusal. Voting laws also require poll workers to begin each day of voting by printing and signing a “zero tape” showing that voting machines are starting at zero votes.

If there is no record of whether the tabulator was set at zero at the start of polling, there is no way of telling whether ballots from a previous election (or ballots from a test run) were left on the memory card and might later be counted. Notably, this happened in Montana, where officials discovered more votes than were cast and believe the votes were leftover sample data that had not been cleared.

“These signed tapes are the sole legal certification that the reported totals are authentic,” Cross told the SEB at the Dec. 9 hearing. “Fulton County produced zero signed tabulator tapes in early voting.”

Meanwhile, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Che Alexander, the Fulton County Clerk of the Courts, earlier this month to enforce an October subpoena for “all used and void ballots, stubs of all ballots, signature envelopes, and corresponding envelope digital files from the 2020 General Election in Fulton County,” The Gateway Pundit reported.

This is a developing story.
