“FAFO”: Top Trump Aide Dan Scavino Calls Out James Comey for Posting “a Plea to Bad Actors/Terrorists to Assassinate the POTUS While Traveling Internationally”

President Donald Trump’s close aide White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino, Jr., called out former FBI Director James Comey for posting “a plea to bad actors/terrorists to assassinate the POTUS’ while traveling internationally” with his now-deleted “8647” Instagram post. A short while later, Scavino (not so) cryptically posted, “FAFO.”

President Trump is in the midst of an historic Middle East trip to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates that wraps up Friday. The government of Iran was caught plotting to assassinate Trump last year as he campaigned for president.

Trump fired Comey from his FBI director post in 2017 early in his first term as president. Comey leaked FBI documents that he knew would trigger the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Trump over the Russia hoax in an effort to bring down Trump’s presidency. Comey also boasted about setting up Trump’s first national security advisor, Gen. Michael Flynn, with a perjury trap that led to Flynn’s firing and unjust prosecution.

Scavino, who is traveling with Trump, posted to X on Thursday, “Comey truly is a POS. While he’ll claim not to know what 8647 means, there’s no doubt that the former disgraced FBI Dir. knows exactly what he’s doing, with a plea to bad actors/terrorists to assassinate the POTUS’ while traveling internationally. Don’t let him get away with it!!”

Scavino has known Trump since 1992 when he caddied for the future president, then working at one of Trump’s golf courses starting in 2004. Scavino has been with Trump ever since, inside and outside the White House.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem earlier posted the Secret Service is investigating, “Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey just called for the assassination of @POTUS Trump. DHS and Secret Service is investigating this threat and will respond appropriately.’
