“It’s Either the $20 Million or an Apology” – Pro-Hamas Activist Mahmoud Khalil Files $20 Million Lawsuit Against Trump Administration
Pro-Hamas activist Mahmoud Khalil filed a $20 million lawsuit against the Trump Administration after a Biden judge ordered him released from prison.
The U.S. Dept of State revoked Mahmoud Khalil’s immigration status in March due to his participation in mob riots at Columbia.
Khalil came to the US on a student visa and now leads pro-Hamas rallies in New York City calling for an intifada.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Farbiarz ruled that the Trump administration could not deport Mahmoud Khalil, who was a graduate student at Columbia University before being detained.
Late last month, Khalil was released from prison — and two days later he was leading pro-Hamas rallies in New York City, where he was calling for a global intifada.
He is a foreign student in America and now he’s demanding $20 million from the Trump Administration.
“It’s either the $20 million or an official apology from the administration because, ultimately, my goal is not self enrichment. I don’t want this money just because I need money. What I want is actual accountability. Real, real accountability, against the injustices that happened against me with the malicious prosecutions that I was targeted for all this,” Khalil said to NBC News.

Now, weeks after regaining his freedom, Khalil is seeking restitution. On Thursday, his lawyers filed a claim for $20 million in damages against the Trump administration, alleging Khalil was falsely imprisoned, maliciously prosecuted and smeared as an antisemite as the government sought to deport him over his prominent role in campus protests.
“We filed for $20 million in damages against the Trump administration because of the unconstitutional and unlawful arrest and all these conditions that I was put under,” Khalil told NBC News on Thursday.
“This is just the first step of accountability, that this administration has to pay for what it’s doing against me or against anyone who opposes their fascist agenda,” he added.
Khalil said he would also accept an apology from the Trump administration.
