Mahmood as Home Secretary is the perfect example of UK Labour’s madness.

As we have reported today in TGP, the unpopular British government of Keir Starmer is in complete turmoil.

His deputy PM Angela Rayner resigned in disgrace after it was revealed she dodged payment of taxes for her second home.

So, Starmer reshuffled his government, enacting 12 cabinet-level changes that have let his own Labour party reeling.

But perhaps the most symbolic change is the change of Yvette Cooper for Shabana Mahmood in the Home Office.

Mahmood is a British politician of Pakistani descent and, by whatever metric you use, an Islamic radical.

Raja Miah, Anti grooming gang campaigner, had a scathing reaction on X:

“One of UK Labour’s most prominent Pakistani Muslim politicians, Shabana Mahmood, now inherits responsibility for the National Inquiry into the Pakistani grooming gangs scandal.

Is anyone really surprised that Keir Starmer has appointed Shabana Mahmood as Home Secretary?

This is no routine appointment. The Home Secretary will shape the scope, independence, and credibility of the inquiry. And yet the very communities whose daughters were betrayed are now told to place their trust in a politician from the same background as those most implicated in the abuse.

So the question must be asked: what are the odds that our new Home Secretary will lead without fear or favor?”
