A Kenosha man and reportedly a U.S. Army veteran known online for extremist rants was arrested earlier this month after posting videos that prosecutors say openly incite violence against ICE agents and police, and then was found with a rifle in his vehicle.

38-year-old Andrew Warren Stanton was taken into custody after the violent videos circulated online and a federal case was opened.

The filing in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin lists charges filed in early October.

In one now-widely shared clip posted by Libs of TikTok, Stanton repeatedly praised violence against immigration officers and officers of the law.

WARNING: Graphic and profane language ahead.

Andrew Warren Stanton:
“When you all’s bodies lay motionless on the ground, ICE patch facing up at the sky, we’re going to loot your corpses. And I can’t wait to see those videos…

If someone has the balls to swing on an ICE agent or pull out that pole, f—king help them. And I’m not talking about helping ICE. Make sure that person gets away…

At the end of the day, a good cop is a dead cop.”

During the arrest, officers discovered a rifle in Stanton’s vehicle, according to Kenosha County Eye.

A federal judge also ordered Stanton detained without bond.
