Don Lemon Says Minorities Should Purchase Firearms to Protect Themselves From ICE Agents (VIDEO)
Former CNN host Don Lemon has suggested that minorities should purchase firearms in order to protect themselves against law enforcement.
In an interview this week on The Left Hook with Wajahat Ali podcast, Lemon said that ethnic minorities should embrace their Second Amendment rights in case Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents come knocking at their door.
“If you believe in the Second Amendment, if you believe in the Constitution, Black people, Brown people of all stripes, whether you’re an Indian American or a Mexican American or whoever you are, go out in your place where you live and get a gun legally,” he explained.
”Get a license to carry legally,” he continued. “Because when you have people knocking on your door and taking you away without due process as a citizen, isn’t that what the Second Amendment was written for?”
Lemon added that doing so “will knock some sense in the heads of these people who are saying, ‘Well, it’s all great, I don’t believe they’re doing it without due process.’”

His remarks come as the Trump administration continues to carry out its pledge of mass deportations targeting America’s vast population of illegal immigrants.
Earlier this month, Lemon launched another unhinged rant against white men, labeling them the nation’s greatest threat — despite being married to one himself.
“White men, are you okay? You’re sending troops, National Guard, to cities,” Lemon said on his podcast.
“You keep talking about ooh, Chicago, and black-on-black crime. I wanna know: White men, are you okay? Because that is the real issue here.”
“White men, something is broken, something is cracked, deep inside you. So many of you believe the answer is violence. Are you listening?” he continued.
“I hope I’m saying it loud enough for the people in the back.”
Don Lemon goes to WAR with Megyn Kelly and declares:
“The greatest threat of political violence in America today is WHITE MEN radicalized to the right.”
“That is FACT!” he said, raising his voice.
