Devin Nunes Says Jack Smith’s Arctic Frost Probe Targeted Truth Social Even Though the Company Didn’t Exist on January 6 (VIDEO)

CEO of Trump Media, and former Congressman Devin Nunes appeared on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss Arctic Frost. Nunes explained that Truth Social was one of Jack Smith’s targets and that the company did not even exist on January 6th, 2021.

“Operation Arctic Frost” was a taxpayer-funded Biden DOJ witch hunt launched in April 2022 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.

The 2020 Trump alternate electors prompted the Biden DOJ to open the Arctic Frost investigation into Trump and hundreds of other individuals and organizations.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley recently revealed that former Special Counsel Jack Smith targeted the ‘entire Republican apparatus.’

Nunes said Jack Smith targeted Truth Social even though it didn’t exist on January 6, 2021.

“He exposed the Russia Hoax seven years ago on this program, with me, here, while serving as the House Intelligence Committee Chairman,” Bartiromo said of Nunes.

“Can you talk to us a bit about what happened to Truth Social and Trump Media and Technology Group during this Arctic Frost investigation?” Bartiromo asked.

“One would think that Trump Media would not have been caught up into Arctic Frost at all, largely because Maria, we just became a public company in 2024. And we were nowhere around in 2021 on January 6th. So, why would Trump media be subpoenaed at that time during this investigation? It doesn’t make any sense,” Nunes said.

“JP Morgan, should they have complied with this, knowing that we weren’t around?” Nunes asked.

“What are you saying about JP Morgan?” Bartiromo asked.

“When Arctic Frost went after our bank records at Trump Media, that’s inexplicable, because we didn’t exist,” Nunes explained.

“When we were a private company just going public, JP Morgan then debanked us at that time. Now, luckily enough, we had other banks in line,” Nunes said.

“JP Morgan told Fox, we do not close accounts for political reasons,” Bartiromo said, referring to a statement from JP Morgan.

“That may be their policy now, but I can’t imagine that was their policy at the time,” Nunes said.

“We are owned by hundreds of thousands of shareholders all around the world. We had nothing to do with January 6th at all. There was no reason to go after us and subpoena our records,” Nunes explained.

“What was the reason for the subpoena? Who did they talk to at JP Morgan?” Nunes asked about the DOJ.

“We are going to do everything under the law, Florida law, and Federal law, to figure out what JP Morgan knew, when did they do it, did they coordinate with anybody within the Biden administration, or the Justice Department?” Nunes asked.
