
Shooting in Arizona Parking Lot Leaves One Man Dead – A Woman and Two Children in Critical Condition, Suspect Arrested


One man died, and three others are in critical condition after a suspect fired a gun on Saturday in a parking lot in Arizona.
The incident started with two vehicles, an SUV and a sedan in the afternoon in a Pheonix business parking lot.
According to Pheonix police, there was a dispute which prompted the two vehicles to stop in the parking lot.
One man is dead, and three others were shot, including two children, after gunfire rang out Saturday afternoon in an Arizona parking lot.
The shooting, which involved a sedan and an SUV, happened at about 2:45 p.m. local time in a business parking lot in south Phoenix.
Phoenix Police Department (PPD) Sgt. Brian Bower said during a news conference there was a dispute between the two cars, and both then pulled into the parking lot.
“The dispute continued in the parking lot and a physical fight ensued, according to Bower. After the fight, shots were fired.” Fox News Reported.
The sedan only contained the male suspect while the SUV had two kids, a woman and a man. According to the police, numerous rounds were fired, striking everyone in the SUV.
The man died at the site of the shooting. Both kids and the woman were transported to the hospital and are in critical condition.
According to the police, the suspect’s identity has not been released at this time. He stayed at the scene until law enforcement arrived and was also treated at the hospital and was arrested.
Law enforcement has not confirmed any charges against the suspect at this time.
According to Sgt Bower of the Pheonix Police Department, it didn’t appear the suspect and the victims knew each other. Investigators have not ruled out the possibility of road rage or self defense.
